CND™ LED Lamp Warranty

For U.S. & Canada Only.
If you purchased your CND™ LED Lamp outside the U.S. or Canada, contact the Seller for warranty service.

Should a defect in material or workmanship of the Lamp be discovered within one (1) year of purchase date, and not from any actions that would void the warranty (please refer to warranty details below), contact CND Customer Information Center at 1-800-833-6245 within thirty (30) days of the discovered defect.

Once the defect has been verified, the Lamp will be replaced free of charge. This process usually takes 2-4 weeks.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

For U.S. & Canada Only. Creative Nail Design, Inc. ("CND") warrants this Lamp to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Void where prohibited. Void when lamp is not purchased from an authorized CND distributor. Warranty may be voided if lamp is not used according to CND's instructions for use and maintenance.

CND's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to replacement during the warranty period of any part that proves defective in material or workmanship provided that the proper service procedure has been followed as outlined below.

This warranty of defects in materials or workmanship does not extend to normal wear and tear or to any products or parts that have been lost or discarded by you; and it does not extend to defects in products or parts caused by misuse, accident, improper installation, or use in violation of instructions furnished by CND, or to units that have been altered, opened or modified without CND's authorization. CND shall in no event be responsible for consequential damages of any nature or amount. CND reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to determine the validity of any Lamp warranty claim. CND's decision shall be final.
