Q: When did you become a CND Education Ambassador?

Q: Why did you become a Nail Professional?
A: My inspiration to becoming a Nail Professional emerged when I was a teen. I would do my nails with art to match my clothes that I planned to wear the next day. Shortly after graduating college, I still had a passion for nails which lead me to go take the nail course at my local beauty school. Since then, I have continued to love creating fun, fashionable, and beautiful nails.

Q: What inspired you to become a CND Education Ambassador?
A: Over the years of being a Nail Professional since 1995, I loved taking continuing education in Nail classes. My exposure to CND education has elevated my knowledge and passion in a way that no other has been able to. So with that, I set out to become a CND educator so that I too can share my knowledge and passion to inspire other Nail Professionals in the way that has been done for me. Since 2011, I'm proud and honored to be a CND educator!

Q: When did you become a CND Education Ambassador?
A: In January of 2017.

Q: Why did you become a Nail Professional?
A: I have always been an artist, drawing from the time I was old enough to hold a pencil. Naturally when I attended the Cosmetology program it all came fairly natural to me. Towards the end of my schooling I had the opportunity to attend a CND Roadshow, it was there that I knew my career and passion would be with nails. From that moment on I ate, slept, dreamt, breathed nails. It was really fun when hand painted nail art came into style, for or allowed me to put my artistic abilities onto 10 tiny canvases.

Q: What inspired you to become an Education Ambassador?
A: Over a year and a half ago I embarked on the journey to aquire my Cosmetology Instructor license. This was a huge step out of my comfort zone. My whole life I've been afraid of public speaking, or talking in front of crowds. I wanted to face my fears and overcome it. I am so much braver than I was, worth plenty of room to grow. I have always loved and used CND products. They have been a huge factor in the success of my business. I was attending the classes to achieve my CND Grandmaster certificate, and the EA teaching informed me CND was looking for more EA's in our area and told me I'd be a great candidate and encouraged me to submit for it. I'm excited to add this to my list of achievements and look forward to helping other up and coming techs learn and improve their skills.

Q: When did you come a CND Education Ambassador?
A: 6/19/2016

Q:Why did you become a Nail Professional?
A:Ironically, I was not allowed to polish my nails in my childhood, so I blame my mother for my obsession! A simple pastime and stress reliever for myself turned into bonding experiences with family/friends and eventually, I embraced my passion and embarked on a new career. Being a Nail Professional is more than just doing nails. It is commitment, enthusiasm, trust, passion, communication, service, patience, knowledge and the list keeps going. It just so happens during that same interaction we make people feel beautiful, inside and out!

Q: What inspired you to become an Education Ambassador?
A: Educating is my passion and stems from my previous career in Office Management. Joining CND as an Education Ambassador will consistently raise my own level of education, allowing me to maintain high standards that can be used to motivate and inspire other Nail Professionals.

Q: Why did you become a Nail Professional?
A: I always had an interest in nails. I would beg my friends to allow me to do their nails in high school. I love my profession and after 20 years later I still love going to work.

Q: What inspired you to become a CND Education Ambassador?
A: I love helping people. When I graduated beauty school the salon I worked at the lead Nail Professional retrained all new employees. As I contained to grow in my profession I realized that not everyone had the opportunity I had when I graduated. That was around the time I attended a class from CND. Hairdressers have the opportunity to assist but in the nail profession we don't get that and so many Nail Professionals will give up and walk away from this profession. I want to be that person who Nail Professional can turn to whenever they need help or guidance to improve their skills.

A: After attending CND classes myself, I would take what I learned back to the salon I worked at and would demonstrate and share the knowledge I'd gained. Being able to watch my co-workers change from being afraid of booking a client that wanted nail art to getting excited to have clients that wanted more than just a color coat was really fulfilling. I loved being a part of growing their confidence and creativity and was excited at an opportunity to do such on a much larger scale. Having knowledge, technique, and being a resource to other Nail Professionals is an amazing experience and much needed as the industry keeps advancing.
