For U.S. & Canada Only. If you purchased your CND™ Lamp outside the U.S. or Canada, contact the Seller for warranty service.
Should a defect in material or workmanship of the Lamp be discovered within one (1) year of purchase date, and not from any actions that would void the warranty (please refer to warranty details here), contact Creative Nail Design, Inc. (“CND”) Customer Service at 1-800-833-6245 within thirty (30) days of the discovered defect. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Send the defective Lamp, along with a copy of the original dated purchase receipt to:

Once the defect has been verified, the Lamp will be replaced free of charge. This process usually takes 2-4 weeks. Do NOT send the Lamp to CND™ prior to contacting Customer Service and receiving a Return Authorization Number. Any Lamp returned without the required Return Authorization Number may become lost and replacement may not be possible.
