- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Creamsicle Carnation Enamel to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry for 5 minutes.
- 3. Using the brush from Kumquat Dahlia Enamel, start at the free edge side of the nail and create a smile by dragging the brush to the other edge in a sweeping motion. Be careful not to apply enamel all the way to the tip of the nail. Let dry for 5 minutes.
- 4. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
