  • 2. Using a fanned art brush, create a feather effect on perfectly manicured nails alternating thin coats of Cocoa and Iced Cappuccino Enamel. Let set for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Apply 1 thin coat of Glow Enamel to add shine to your design.
  • 4. Seal with the CND top coat of your choice and place a vertical stripe of rhinestones to the nail with an orangewood stick.
